I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. My room was serviced everyday, room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy. AC worked well. The staff was helpful and the hotel also has dine in option with steak restaurant. Across the hotel is a mall and around the neighborhood is a bunch of restaurants and shopping. Easy to flag a taxi down. Everyone spoke English really well. Had a good time

I always stay here when I have errands in Cebu. It doesn’t have many frills. But it is very clean, comfortable and hospitable staff. For th price, I think it’s a VERY solid option. And, when you book ahead, they always pre-cool the room. I mean, I think this was my 5th stay and I’ll be back in a few weeks.

Our 3-night stay at Amber Hotel

The hotel’s location is perfect—very accessible. Staff were friendly and the service was great. They can work more on the room’s cleanliness, though. Overall, it was a good stay.

The hallways and the elevator smell like the sewer. Drain in the bathroom is slow to drain, even experienced back flow from the drain. There’s always a water puddle in the shower because the floor is sloped away from the drain.
