There is no face and hand towel in the bathrooms. TV is not working. We called the front desk and can’t do anything about it as it is not working both tv in two rooms not working. Breakfast Buffet is ok.

Property looks good and classy but old with stains and dust. Refrigerator also very old with no racks and has not been cleaned. Safety box didn’t work and required repair which took sometime to be fixed by maintenance and delayed my schedule. Room telephone was static. There were no batteries in the tv remote to include emergency flashlight. Breakfast was okay but dining area very small for a large hotel. Location was very ideal though with convenience of 7-11 store on site and walking distance to Mall.
