Awesome environment to get the relaxation you need after a long flight. SM mall close with lots places to choose to eat and or shop. Bus station right across the street also. Great for getting to your destination.

Breakfast was always good! The elevator can get really hectic so time yourself if you are in a hurry. We were on the 15th floor and it was pretty cool to see the city!

The hotel is still recovering from an earthquake, and it really shows. There are paint patches on the walls inside the room, and maintenance seems to be ongoing. There’s no air-conditioning in the lobby, elevators, or corridors — only the area near reception has proper cooling.

Great location, across SM City Cebu, easy to get a taxi. There is 711 in the building. Shower drainage is very poor. Buffet breakfast always run out of food and refills take a long time. Found a small cockroach in my bathroom.
