Great hotel of you are hard of hearing
The hotel appears OK from afar. Check in was smooth. We had a hotel room on the 5th floor and unfortunately close to the elevators. There were wide gaps between the door and the frame. I initially thought the door was actually open it was so much space. We had a room that was connected to another room with someone we did not know. When they can back that evening we heard everything they said and I don't think they were abnormally loud. Everytime someone in the hall closed a door our beds shook. Whoever painted the bathroom left paint all over the back of the door, well I hope it's paint. I definitely saw crumbs on the floor that were not from us and the coffee was cold when we checked in. If you choose this hotel bring earplugs and ask for a room way down the hall. I got up and tried my best to close up some of the door gaps and used my pillows to try and insulate the adjoining door.

Would give 5 stars in all categories, but No Toilet paper in a the bathroom at all. And empty tissue box. Items were sent to the room after calling housekeeping. Clean and comfortable.

Fire alarm went off at 3a due to malfunction forcing us out into the cold. No communication to say it was a false alarm, no offer to reduce our room rate. Would not stay again.
