Car was broken into in the parking lot, as a result batteries went dead. Asked to help jumpstart the car but one of your staff members refused and extremely rude about it. The rate paid was not reflected anywhere, mainly with staff attitude, breakfast dining area as well as the ambience. It was more of a $150.00 experience than a $400 one, will not recommend or stay there again.

For a Hilton brand hotel the hotel property needed a lot of work and routine maintenance. We stayed on the 4th and took the elevator. Upon arrival the elevator sounded like it was going to break and eventually did the next day; leaving one working elevator. Our Jr. Suite needed new carpet it had ruffles in it. The bathroom needs to be caulked. We had to buy our own batteries to get the remotes to work after asking for the assistance from the front office. The week day breakfast attendant was rude. This hotel advertised free breakfast but it’s not included in the stay. I ordered the cook to order breakfast and it came out barely warm.
