Charming elevated free-standing Villa overlooks the 18th fairway/ Lagoon of the Crooked Oaks Golf Course. 14 FULL length floor-to-ceiling windows! Natural light! WOW... scenic views in all directions! TWO decks - top deck at the 2nd floor Villa entry or... relax on the covered lower deck... evening accent lighting... under cover out of the weather! A short 10 minute walk to our beautiful beaches AND the **Ocean Front Beach Club... pools... outside bar - restaurants - gift shop! Spacious & cozy with "open" vaulted ceilings & exposed beams. Awesome newer kitchen with GREAT space - & raised bar counter top! Two nice size bedrms (King & twin beds) & two full bathrooms. This was the perfect place for us! Well stocked kitchen and having 2 bathrooms was a different plus. We enjoyed the beach chairs as well. Doug and Nancy were readily available to answer any questions.

Comfy, cozy home. The neighborhood was beautiful! We took advantage of the member pool and it was delightful. The amenity card included towels for the pool and my husband and son played a round of golf-they can’t stop raving about how nice the course was and how family-friendly it was for the 8 year old. The weather was less than cooperative so we didn’t get to spend much time on the beach, but it was close and convenient. We also found that most activities and sites were within 30 min-1 hour drive so this was a perfect location to get away and be out of the bustle, but drive in for all the attractions and restaurants. 100% would stay here again! Thank you Nancy and Doug for the perfect treehouse home and great communication.

What a cozy home within walking/biking distance from the beach. And it was so well stocked for eating in! We especially loved having bikes to use during our stay. Perfect for a long weekend getaway! The hosts are excellent communicators. We were very pleased.

It was a lovely, relaxing place in a quiet, scenic area. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. They even replaced the grill while we were there and left a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. It was a fabulous stay!

Upon arrival we were told that the WiFi was out but should be restored. It wasn’t restored for our stay. Wednesday into Thursday it stormed on the island. While sleeping there was a leak in the roof which dripped on us while sleeping. Contacted our contact and they said “ it’s always something”. A little disappointing to say the least. The location of the tree house is great the set up itself worked well for us other than those two mishaps.

Fun Treehouse Villa on golf course

This cottage-like property was a fun stay in a pristine yet natural environment along a golf course. Quiet and shaded and very close to the beach. We used the bikes provided at times which was enjoyable. The beach club is very nice and has a bar, and a cafe that are open most of the day. Very family-oriented and friendly with adult fun vibes as well. A very fun excursion!

Wonderfully comfortable and cozy

Very much enjoyed the treehouse! The walk to the beach was easy and I loved using the bikes. Great place to stay and I will come again! The only drawback is the number of stairs — so if you have any physical limitations— you may need help carrying luggage etc.

Despite the weather, we still enjoyed our time there! The weather was just right to be at the beach for a few hours and also went to the movies during the rainy weather. Doug and Nancy even made sure we were still enjoying ourselves with the not so nice weather! Grocery store was close to where we were so that made it easy for any ingredients we needed for meals

Doug and Nancy were great host! My daughter got married Saturday night at the Seabrook Clubhouse. We were about a driver and 9 iron away. The “Tree House” as I call it? Was warm, inviting and spotless! It was so nice to stay somewhere different! We will return!

Great Nature Trip

Stay was excellent. Communication with the owners was easy and quick. View of the golf course could not be any better. Deers, birds, squirrels, and nature everywhere. Dolphins every low tide and shells, seen a bald eagle. Checked out all The Notebook stuff, Cypress Garden, King St Very beautiful
