What a wonderful unique place, we usually stay in an hotel, when we come visit family. We won’t be doing that anymore, each room had its own uniqueness. Breakfast was wonderful, great choices of all kinds of different foods….Unique continental breakfast. Rooms were all clean and comfortable! Laura and Lana were very welcoming. Their front door host /greeter was the main attraction, Wrigley the official dog greeter, very friendly, never barked once the whole time we were there. We will be returning, to see Wrigley again!

Cute & quirky. Front stone steps could be a problem for those with mobility issues. Great dog and check-in. Bed in Annie Room was very uncomfortable unfortunately. We both woke with bad back aches. Probably wouldn't stay here again for this reason only.

Stay fun, stay funky, stay Folly

Fun, friendly and funky like Folly Beach itself. The staff, including the pooch Wrigley set this place apart from your run of the mill hotel. And breakfast, beach chairs and bicycles are a bonus. We stayed in the Costa Rican Bungalow and am looking forward to trying their other eclectic offerings. Highly recommend!

Place is perfectly located and even though parking isn’t included we found a spot easily during the week. What isn’t mentioned is how close the rooms are and our didn’t have door for the bathroom just a curtain. We didn’t like being so close to the kitchen and common area but not as loud as we thought it would be. The variety of food at breakfast was appreciated along with the availability of snacks left out.

The Inn was very nice and accessible. Provided everything you needed even sunscreen. The food was good and always fresh. I would recommend this place as well as stay again. We had such an amazing stay! This is in the perfect location—just steps from the beach and so close to great food spots. The space itself is absolutely adorable, cozy, and welcoming. Everyone we met was so kind and friendly, which made the experience even better. And of course, meeting Rigley the dog was the highlight—such a sweet addition that made it feel like home. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Oasis

This is a great little boutique hotel with just a few rooms. The resident dog is the best part -Wrigley is the most handsome love bug! The couple that runs the place are very personable and attentive. It’s a fantastic location and surprisingly quiet.
