Elegant Condo in The Heart of Historic Downtown Charleston

Come enjoy this brand new rental in the heart of Downtown Charleston. Completed in July of 2018, these rentals offer something that most downtown rentals cannot. Stocked with a full kitchen and linens, you can`t beat what this rental has to offer! Perfect for couples or traveling professionals!

The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

There will be a guide book waiting in your suite that can answer most questions about the unit itself and provide our favorite dining recommendations, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions before you arrive!

Cannonborough-Elliotborough draws young professionals to its restored, wood-fronted houses. King, Cannon, and Spring Streets, are dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, and bakeries. This is a very nice apartment that is walking distance from your main roads like King St and the downtown area. We did have a young child, so we probably spent more time in the apartment than most and wished for a little more lounge/comfortable furniture. You can hear everything between the walls, upstairs, and outside. So again with young children and value of sleep is something to consider. Apartment was clean, the staff was helpful when needed, and overall experience was nice. We enjoyed our stay.
