Lovely remodeled property with all the amenities. We loved how close it was to everything. The host was exceptionally accommodating and nice to deal with. This property was unexpectedly spacious giving all guests their own space. We were in town for a conference and instead of a hotel, chose an VRBO. We had 2 adults and could have accommodating 3 with the Murphy Bed that had its own private space.
Our group of 5 really enjoyed our stay. The flat is beautifully decorated and centrally located with many excellent restaurants nearby. We contacted the manager with a question and received a prompt response. There is a fire station across the street and one night was on the noisy side, especially in the front bedroom. Overall we really liked this property and would stay there again!
Extremely nice, clean and new. SO great with bedrooms on opposite sides of the living areas - brilliant for privacy. Highly recommend to couples or families with 5-star taste that appreciate updated, modernized homes.
The house was beautiful and the location ideal to shops and restaurants. We had a great stay and would highly recommend. Only downside is the house is located across the street from a fire station, so sirens went off frequently during our stay. We still would highly recommend!
This property was well designed, clean, and did an excellent job of accommodating a family of five. It was conveniently located to downtown with walkable access to restaurants, shopping, and attractions.
Excellent property in an excellent location! FIVE STARS!
This property has two units, one upstairs, one downstairs. We stayed downstairs in the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit. It was expertly decorated, had every amenity (even noise machines to dampen upstairs noise and street noise) including washer/dryer AND detergent pods. We were a group of three so had plenty of room. Two bedrooms are kings, one is a queen murphy bed which was great for one person but may be tight for two. Decor is beautiful, wonderful design books to leaf through and thoughtful details. Location is excellent. Great cafe across the street for morning breakfast and coffee or evening cocktails. Plenty of excellent restaurants in a few block radius plus walking distance to old Charleston (about a mile but an easy walk down King). On site parking was a bonus. Communication was great. House is old Charleston style with side porch where they have a cute cafe table as well as a sitting area in the garden adjacent. This area is going through a major upgrade so the house next door was under construction but nothing that bothered us during our stay. We were three co-workers celebrating two retirements so it was great to have a house where we could enjoy morning coffee (provided BTW) and wine in the afternoon. Pricing definitely comparable to a hotel but great to be together. A young group of couples was above us - in town for a wedding and they said the upstairs was great too. Cannot recommend enough, will definitely be back on our next trip to CHS.
...across the street from a fire station. Was a bit noisy one night. Great cafe called Babas right across the street. Lovely 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom condo. Great layout.
