Lovely townhouse in the heart of historic downtown Charleston. Restaurant's, great shopping all within walking distance. King Street, Broad Street all within 5 mins of townhouse. Staff is amazing with communication within minutes. Very helpful.

This is the perfect location! We loved this home it felt very Charleston and worked perfectly for our family of four and small pup! We were able to comfortably walk to all the must stops of Charleston! Would highly recommended this property!

The place is ok. It was much bigger than the photos do justice so that was great. The beds are comfortable and it’s in a good location. There were some cleanliness issues that kinda grossed me out. The walls of the bathroom had water streaks running down the walls and looked yellow - had to try to avoid looking at it as it was disgusting. There were food crumbs around the stove. And also ants on one of the countertops in the kitchen. The floors had clearly not been mopped in a long time as my socks were so dirty after only 2 minutes of walking inside. I probably wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend to someone.

Great Location and Comfortable Lodging

This townhouse was clean, comfortable, and located within walking distance to several restaurants, historical landmarks, and stores. The stairs to the bedrooms are a little steep, so be mindful of that if you have anyone staying with you who has physical limitations. Beautifully decorated with cozy beds and a nice view of the courtyard.

Christmas Getaway

Perfect location and space

My mom, sister, niece and I stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Everything was exactly as expected. Location was AMAZING! We walked everywhere. Neighborhood felt safe. Highly recommend this property. We very much enjoyed our time here.

This property was the perfect getaway for two women to enjoy a few days in Charleston. We were able to walk to shopping and dinner without worrying about safety. Perfect location! And the decor was so tasteful and beautiful. Overall we could not have been more pleased.

Let me start out by saying you will not find a better location to the markets and downtown Charleston. Rental - loved the decor. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and main bathroom has been nicely remodeled. I would definitely stay here again.

On line photos look good. Actual condo tired. Needs repainting. Piles of debris, old screens, junk in unlit closet which held an inadequate combo (not stacked) washer dryer. Very dirty rugs upstairs. We had a good time being in Charleston and location good for wanting to be in historic district. It met our needs but owner/management could do better.

Wonderful visit to Charleston

Great location within walking distance of the market, restaurant and activities. The house was a great size for 4 of us with the dog. Downside was the stairs and trying to haul luggage upstairs but we made it work. The management team made it easy to reach them with questions and the house was well stocked with household supplies. Parking is tough and limited on the street for unloading the car - parking garage was included with the rental and is a couple of streets over. If you are traveling with a dog there is no grass nearby but a beautiful park is a couple of streets over.

Christmas in Charleston

Spent Christmas in Charleston w/ wife & our 24 yr old daughter - a great time overall. Townhouse was very nice - clean & comfortable. great location in the French Qtr - beautiful courtyard as well - walk distance to so much. Given that we stayed over Christmas we decided to cook meals on Christmas Day. We faced two small challenges: 1. Could have used a few other kitchen utensils for preparing/cooking. Obviously, high % of visitors would most likely eat out for many meals (as we did). 2. Only one kitchen towel was available - having a full day of meals Xmas day required more than one towel - used one of our bath hand towels. But a great place with old world charm and a great location.

Location very near the market

I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this condo to others because of its proximity to downtown. This is a bare minimum place to stay. There wasn't even soap in every bathroom nor more than 2 glasses in the cabinet. But if you know that going in when you rent this unit and focus on the location you will be happy. It was very clean and had comfortable beds.

Perfect stay in Charleston

The property is beautiful with updated but with historic charm! Very clean. Comfortable beds and quality linens. The location is very central to the market area in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We were traveling with two dogs and there is a large waterfront park about 2-3 blocks from the home. As previous reviewers noted, there was trash collection quite early in the morning each day, but I think that goes along with be central in a city/downtown area.
