Overall for the price value it was a good stay. Comfortable bed, blackout shades, a really nice business center and fitness center. Everything is pretty brand new, and cleanliness was top notch. The staff were hospitable and friendly. The only notable, negative things were 1. the room (single) had no chair but did have a desk which doesn't make much sense. 2. the room had no hand soap. When asked the front desk they could not procure any from multiple floors. 3. Walls are thin. Can hear every door open/close in the hall and the end of hall lockers are noisy when the door opens. 4. Music in the business center during the day was too loud for people working/having meetings. 5. There was no server at the bar during the weekday for food.

Not the Marriott standard
The trendy hotel has poor build quality. The walls are paper thin, the heat/ac has a flapper vent that will shift throughout the night. You may not sleep well. Worst of all is the valet parking which does not park your vehicle in their garage. They will take your $35 a night and park your vehicle out on the street/alley behind the hotel in a very questionable neighborhood.

There no parking lot to park at. They have valet you pay$35 a day. They have a DJ at night that goes to 930. So if you want to rest and go to sleep can’t due to the boom boom from the music. Other than that hotel is clean.
