Fantastic place!
This was a perfect spot to stay on our girls' trip to Charleston! It was very clean and in a convenient location. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great Family Time
A home away from home. Everything was absolutely "AMAZING". Josie and Warrick was the definition of "southern hospitality". As soon as I needed to communicated to Josie, she responded in a timely manner and was very nice and professional. The home was absolutely beautiful, clean, and was in the perfect location to anything that you may be interested in doing (the beach, shopping, going into the city to the IAAM, the aquarium, "bouncy/"blowup house", movies, anything you ever want to eat you will find [even in walking distance if you don't want to drive], etc. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and made memories that I know that our son will forever and always remember for this Spring Break vacation, as his first time visiting Charleston, South Carolina.

Great location
Loved the apartment! Spacious and nicely decorated. 2 outstanding restaurants within walking distance. 4 miles from downtown! It would be a good idea to let future renters know there are 17 steps to the living area which is located over the garage. Would definitely recommend!

Property was is in great shape, everything just like new. Josie and her husband were great. They gave us restaurant ideas and more places to visit. Every time we had a question, it was answered almost immediately. They were very friendly when we saw them.

The location was perfect, and the place was extremely clean and well kept. Our only complaint was the strong smell coming from the garage when you enter downstairs. I think they must store an older car or gasoline inside. You couldn't smell it from upstairs in the living quarters, thankfully. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Convenient and new!
The Vrbo was just what we needed. Easily accessible to downtown, clean and almost brand new inside! Beds were comfortable and the locale was very quiet. It is right behind owners home but this was totally fine. Would highly recommend!

Great Long Weekend Retreat
This was a great place for our long weekend. It was nice and roomy which you don't always find in this area. The location was also a plus as it was close to downtown Charleston. We had a person with us that was still recovering from knee surgery, so it was a drawback that you have to climb a flight of steep stairs to get to the living area.
