The Sage Suiteđż features three spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking appliances and utensils, air conditioning plus portable fans in each bedroom.
This is a lower level unit featuring 3 comfortable bedrooms so you can enjoy a relaxing sanctuary after long days in downtown Charleston.

As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.
đ« This is a 100% smoke-free property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
đ§ł Luggage Drop-Off:
We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Streetâs dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

âïž Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
âïž We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
