Welcome to The Indigo Suite, your cheerful home base in Charleston. This 3BR 2BA second floor condo offers a well equipped kitchen and welcoming living spaces perfect for families or friends. Unwind after a day of exploring or enjoy a cozy night in with all the comforts of home. Conveniently located just a short drive from downtown, you are close to Charleston’s top dining, shopping, and historic sites. Please note this property is not suitable for children under 12 and there is no elevator access.



The Space:

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with one assigned off street parking space offers a seamless mix of comfort, style, and convenience in the heart of Charleston. The cheerful living room is filled with personality, featuring plush seating, a Smart TV, and plenty of natural light, perfect for unwinding, spending time with loved ones, or capturing picture-perfect memories. This Indigo Suite second-floor unit is part of a charming 3-story home that hosts six private condos. It’s the ideal setup for groups traveling together who want to stay close while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of their own space. Thoughtfully designed and well-appointed, this unit offers a welcoming home base for relaxing between Charleston adventures.



Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.



This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06548 and business license BL034117.



Guest Access:

🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

Comfortable place!

Its a great location to downtown in a historic Charleston condo. It has a nice atmosphere amd the beds were soooo comfortable. The CVP team was on top of communication and made the process easy. The biggest guage, would you stay there again? A resounding yes!!!

Pros- has 4 walls and a roof, working AC, locationCons- Access code not set up for us when we arrived, filthy with mold in shower and on walls upon arrival (definitely not cleaned), minimal water pressure in the bathroom, TV remote broken (obviously not looked at, batteries corroded and appear to have been like that for MONTHS!!), cheapest version of everything (bed, paper towels, toilet paper, furniture, etc.)You will 100% be happier if you find another place to stay in Charleston.

Cute but noisy

The condo is in a great location. We were able to walk to King Street during the day. We used Uber for night trips because it’s too far to walk in the dark. Small living space, but doable for 3 adults. Our only complaint is the noise. The people above us left in the middle on the night. Sound carries horribly in the halls and through the ceiling. Saturday night if you are staying the in the front room you may as well be on the street. It’s an extremely busy street! Very loud and also bright. I had to sleep in the living room. Sunday night was so much better, not nearly as busy or loud. So if you’re a light sleeper the front room is not for you.

Gave them a second chance, still disappointed

Nice quaint place but cleaning standards dismal. I stayed at the downstairs unit a year ago and the beddings were not changed for us. They had to come change them out during our stay. I decided to give them a second chance as the location is great and overall very good neighborhood. Second time again NONE of the beds had clean linen- hair, stains and literally you could see the indentation where someone had slept. Worst thing to experience at midnight after a days travel. They did refund the cleaning fee and a portion of the cost but at that point we were so disappointed and ready to leave. Great place but cleaning lacking.

Great stay for a group

A group of friends rented out this property along with another unit in the building since we were in town for a wedding. The unit was lovely and clean with plenty of fresh towels. It is about a 40 minute walk to Poogan's Porch but it is a beautiful walk and goes fast. There is a cute coffee shop around the corner to kick off your morning and Holy City bagels is about 10 minutes away. I will warn that this unit is on the road so the front two bedrooms do hear quite a bit of traffic from cars especially in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend staying in the back bedroom or booking one of the units found in the back of the house. The middle bedroom also is pretty bright in the mornings with the bed positioned right next to the window so I would recommend bringing an eye mask to avoid being woken up. Regardless of the above, I would definitely still consider booking this unit again if I were in town with a larger group.

It was great. Place was very nice. Only complaints are the fans in bathroom on wall were full of dust
they need to be cleaned every once in a while and the edges of the bed stick out (nothing you can really do about it) but I got lots of bruises

Th e property was as shown online.However,the sofa had a tear in one cushion.The AC dips to 71@night(too cold) A dual table would be nice for eating and playing board games.Also move big mirror in hall to space behind sofa and put paintings in it's place.Place modem and cables in the straw basket.Move mirror from kitchen to the bedroom.
