It is available for rentals of 30 days or longer and would be perfect for someone working or studying remotely. This property has a pool, barbeque area, and free parking. The kitchen is updated with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances and is equipped for cooking homemade meals. Appointed for comfort and functionality with bar top seating for dining as well as a large dining table. The apartment has a large porch attached to the living room. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom.
This property is located directly across from the Harris Teeter for shopping ease. My Getaway Home is a 5 minute drive to Folly Beach and a 15 minute drive to Historic Downtown Charleston. This property has quick and easy access to all the Lowcountry has to offer.
My Getaway Home allows 1 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dog with approval. My Getaway Home has its own in-unit washer and dryer as well. This apartment includes an elevator to access the unit, please note we are not the manager of the complex and cannot guarantee the operation of the elevator.
