The Space: Welcome to The Rosewood, a spacious and inviting two-story home designed to comfortably host up to seven guests. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this home is ideal for families or groups traveling together. If you plan to use the pull-out sofa, simply let Stay Duvet know and sheets will be provided.

Located on St. Philip Street just one block from historic King Street, The Rosewood offers an unbeatable downtown location with the added convenience of a private driveway for easy parking.

Inside, the open floor plan is perfect for gathering, featuring a dining table for six and a bright living area with vaulted ceilings. Upstairs, the bedrooms provide a relaxing retreat with king or queen beds and flat-screen Roku TVs—basic login credentials are provided, or feel free to use your own accounts.

The fully equipped kitchen on the main level includes all essential cookware and kitchenware, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, offering privacy, comfort, and a seamless Charleston stay.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
