Terrible. Seems like they stopped caring about taking care of this place years ago. The attendant at the front was having issues with the computer and asking management for help, but they failed to give him any solutions and he had to figure it out himself. We really enjoy iur stays at the Hilton. Only downfall is that housekeeping is banging on doors in the morning with "housekeeping" very loudly. With computer systems there should be a better way!!! When Im on vacation I dont want to be up at 8 am!
