Room was clean, double queen, so pretty spacious. Temp controls work well. Shower pressure was good and water temp adjusted without too much delay. Bed linens were soft clean. Bed and pillows firm. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I travel for work and would stay here again.

Best Western Plus North Shore Hotel
The bathroom in our room had no fan, and tissues stuck in the ceiling. Beds were uncomfortable. Pool floor was dirty and pool had clump of hair floating in it. Continental breakfast with all disposable things, so much waste and very harmful to the environment. Would not recommend
