I have to say this pilot was amazing. We hit some turbulence and he said all the flight attendants had to remain seated. Despite this, we came down incredibly smoothly.
Keep up the good work. Nice to be offered a snack and a drink without having to pay for it.
Legroom and snacks great. Onboard entertainment was average. Difficulties with headphone connector.
Flight attendant noticed that there was a lady in the wrong seat so 4 passengers ended up in 2 three seat rows with lots of room. Kudos.
Old plane, no power jacks, no tv...service staff was terrible...bathrooms stunk
The seats need to be fixed I was not able to recline my chair and imagine how much it hurted my back and neck as it was a 13 hours fllight. I heard people talking about the same issue. Did not expected this from Emirates!!! Thanks
Love that the delta staff let my 3yr old check out the cockpit and say hi to the pilots! Made his flight :)
Very friendly staff Very solicitous
I was unhappy that I booked two tickets and that my tickets were not placed together. If you buy two tickets together, the assigned seats should be side-by-side. We are traveling together in the end.
Limited seat and leg room
