All power in the hotel went out. I had to walk. Down from the 34th floor with my luggage. We were told we would be given a credit for $150 however, I haven’t received it as of yet.

Very nice hotel that is centrally located. Close to the MFA, restaurants and shops. Enjoyed the rooftop gym. Staff was extremely courteous. There’s a mandatory food fee - it seems like more hotels are going that route these days.
