The beds were horrible. We requested an accessible room because we have knee issues and the bed was so low to the floor that it made getting up from the bed extremely difficult. Also the mattresses were very poor qualify with no support.

We love this hotel, but we had a surprising experience. We were not notified that there were window cleaners and watched a man go by our window on the 31st floor. I wish we had been notified so we could've closed the curtains before we started changing! There were a couple of other things to do with billing that we're still working on resolving.
