The hotel has a fully functional restaurant. The food was of good quality and at good prices. The staff were friendly and amazing. The location was perfect, too. It is an old hotel, but it was perfect.

Beautiful building and EXCELLENT location right near north station. Only complaint was being charged for the hotel slippers that were opened but left behind. They didnt fit me lol

Very nice front desk staff. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is outdated. No fault of anyone’s though. It’s clean. Breakfast at the restaurant was not good—eggs were rubbery (possibly came from powdered? Certainly not made to order), server didn’t grab us a high chair (I had to ask) and took awhile to get water. But she was nice. Overall a decent place to stay but doesn’t stand out. Close to train station.

The hotel was lovely and we loved the location, but it was a little pricier than it was worth. However, it was Boston Marathon weekend and that likely drives pricing up everywhere.

At the time of the booking I didn't know there was a significant discount for the trip purposes for medical reason's for staying. The hotel stated the only way to offer the refund is to rebook the room again which is outrageous.
