Anytime this hotel has space I always return. It is in my opinion in the perfect spot for everything. Ive been now back to this hotel give or take 5-10 times now. I can say each time it doesn't disappoint. I've also have been to in every room type they have available. I can also attest they are all great as well. Something about the coziness of the hotel brings me back.

Interior design of the public spaces. All of the staff were exceptional . the hotel is located in a great location for walking to sites and restaurants; also close to hop on hop off tours. We don't have any negatives.

The property was clean and we felt safe. It was conveniently located so that most places were walkable. The breakfast was delicious. The only negative for us was the bedding. The bed was ok, but not the most comfortable and while there were several pillows, they were small and not very firm.

The staff at the front desk were great as well as the restaurant staff. The lighting in the room was too dim and we were surprised that there was no cleaning done during our three night stay. We did ask for water bottles one day and received them and asked for the trash cans to be emptied, which they were.
