There is no parking on-site so you have to park in a garage and then walk to the hotel with all your belongings. The fee for parking is very expensive $75/day. Room is very small just doesn’t have what a regular hotel would have and it’s very expensive. Was not impressed for the price I paid.

The rooms are tiny, but once you get over that it’s great. I checked nothing was on at TD garden the night of our stay due to noise. It’s totally worth paying for the city view, it’s great. And the breakfast was super impressive.

The pillows were so huge they were unusable. I had to use the comforter as a pillow. Then when I complained in the morning I was told upon check out that I should have requested a softer pillow. How about you just provide pillows people can use without having to make a request at bedtime?

Ideally located in the middle of North Station! Very walkable, close to restaurants/shops, and safe for my mom and me. Staff was attentive to our needs and kind. Great view of Causeway St from our room. Our room was a little stuffy but the staff remedied it.
