Wow! Where do I begin? The staff at Citizen M were AMAZING-textbook perfect when it came to customer service! Not only did they cater to our every need, but they were extremely friendly about it. Uncomfortable bed. Heard everything such as another guest zipping luggage, closing cabinet doors, and moving hangers on clothes rack. Every night guests were arguing, cursing, and throwing things in rooms. Will not be staying there ever again!

Really nice hotel, amazingly comfortable bed, very good shower (no wait for hot water), really well situated if you are going to an event at TD Garden, right next door to the North Station (zero train noise) so really handy for commuter rail and the T. Easy walking distance to the North End, loads of decent food options close by. Faultless
