Room we checked into the heat was not working. We were moved to another room and one of the electric blinds was missing. Staff friendly. Comfortable lounge area.

This hotel is trying too hard to be high tech and it’s too much. The iPad, which runs all the controls, in the room didn’t work. The switches in the room didn’t all work. The way the toilet and showers are set up is like and RV. Overall, just not very comfortable for the exorbitant price tag.

We love the location of this hotel right next door to TD garden and the train station! Within walking distance to the North End and Haymarket/Fanieul Hall area. Hotel fairly new and clean, staff excellent and wonderful 4tj floor area that has a sitting area with TV games, a bar area and breakfast in the am. View of Boston from their outdoor patio. modern hip hotel big works for all ages!

Location is great but no parking. Staff were very helpful. Very clean. Rooms are tiny. You have to get washcloths in the lobby. They have a bunch of personal items available if you forget, razors, comb etc.

Did not like the decor or lounge. Check-in and check out was labor intensive. Bed was against the all so my husband had to climb across it in the middle of the night to get to the bathroom. Shower and toilet are enclosed together in a capsule in the room. Sorry for the poor review but it wasn’t for us.

Breakfast had a good variety of typical buffet foods. Room was very clean upon arrival but had no facecloths and only 1 bath towel per person for a 2 day stay. We saw other guests coming into the hotel carrying facecloths they purchased near by. Do your own check in and checkout on a computer screen was not intuitive and “ swipe your room key to check out didn’t work. I know this is considered “ hip” but it was an unnecessary pain. At check in we saw another guest struggling to get his group of 7, all under one reservation, checked in. Staff was nice and answered our questions. Heads up to other guests/ the paper towels in the restrooms off the “ living room “ are behind the mirrors. Just plain weird.

There is no parking on-site so you have to park in a garage and then walk to the hotel with all your belongings. The fee for parking is very expensive $75/day. Room is very small just doesn’t have what a regular hotel would have and it’s very expensive. Was not impressed for the price I paid.
