I had an amazing 4-night stay for business! The atmosphere was nice and amenities functional. the friendly staff made all the difference. Breakfast was enjoyable, and I absolutely loved the complimentary water bottles – such a delightful touch! While I wouldn’t recommend it for families with kids, it’s a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a great stay. Can't wait to come back!

If you're looking for a nice, clean hotel with modern touches near TD Garden, this is the spot. Parking is a bit of an issue as you're on your own. But the modern touches are nice. The bathroom is surprising. Small rooms are the norm and if you have any kind of mobility issues you will want to look at something else.

The hotel itself has a great concept but the rooms are very tiny specially for two people. The matress is by far the worst matress ive ever slept. Sleeping on the floor would have been more confortable. Our backs are completetly hurt because of it. The matress is uneven, and the pillows are horrible as well. I have a terrible neck pain. Super expensive with no much to offer, cold coffee, awful beds, no room cleaning but only after 4 days, for the price they charge, they should go and clean your room dai

Not so good. Our room had a leak we had to move all our things to a new room. Management was swift with the response which was a plus but the refrigerator did not cool anything down everything in our refrigerator was warm during our stay

The rooms are small, but efficient, and clean. The staff at check-in / check-out, while not entirely dispassionate, are also minimally helpful, and have a distinctly projected apathy in their role, which seems to be considered a feature of the hotel, rather than a liability, when you ‘read the brochure.’ When you book here for the first time, be sure to fully read and understand the fine-print and sub-text implicit in the brand positioning around OPEX controls, if you’re accustomed to stays at traditional 4-5 star venues.
