We had no washcloths two hand towels, and two bath towels for two nights stay I received extra towels from the housekeeper for our second day was very happy about it came back to my room and the new towels were removed and we were back from where we started, we were staying for two nights stay and after our first night at normal check-in, we were locked out of our rooms and had to run back downstairs after we had help on the elevator with our key card didn’t know why and then we couldn’t enter our rooms. Had to go all the way back downstairs and get new keys. We ate in the restaurant after the game and it was the most horrible generic food possible we’ve stayed here before. It was definitely a convenience of location, but totally disappointed in amenities. I do always say that the beds are very comfortable though definitely will rethink ever booking there again, even though we have family staying there this weekend.
