The pillows were so huge they were unusable. I had to use the comforter as a pillow. Then when I complained in the morning I was told upon check out that I should have requested a softer pillow. How about you just provide pillows people can use without having to make a request at bedtime?

Ideally located in the middle of North Station! Very walkable, close to restaurants/shops, and safe for my mom and me. Staff was attentive to our needs and kind. Great view of Causeway St from our room. Our room was a little stuffy but the staff remedied it.

Unique hotel, but not worth the price

Check in was a unique experience. I don’t think it was better, just different. We were very surprised at the small size of the room when we walked in. The bed could only be accessed through one side, so one of us had to crawl over the other one to get to our side of the bed. The bathroom was very tiny. The toilet had a huge hole in the wall around it, and it looked like it was made that way. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed interacting with them. However, we woke up the first morning. We were there and wanted maid service, only to discover that it had to be scheduled by 4 AM of that morning to get it.
