Wow! Where do I begin? The staff at Citizen M were AMAZING-textbook perfect when it came to customer service! Not only did they cater to our every need, but they were extremely friendly about it. The room was very modern and comfortable with an intoxicating view! Of the hundreds of hotels I’ve stayed in, Citizen M had the most comfortable of all the beds! Citizen M will be our new Boston “home”!
