Room was great, hotel staff very good. Only down side we opted for green option on room turn over so every 3rd day not each day but room was not done on day 3 or 4. Apart from this everything was great, water bottles, morning coffee bar and daily snacks were a great addition to the stay.

Really underwhelming given reviews and price. Just meh in every area. Area OK, room OK, no atmosphere, no bar, no breakfast, incredibly expensive valet parking (just put it on the street). Went to the Liberty for a meal and that had much more character and was more centrally located, wish I’d stayed there tbh. Getting a bit tatty in places and smelled not great due to room service left out all hours. Poor for a hotel of this stated standard in my view. Not impressed.

Overall it was meh- I’ve wanted to stay here for so long but it’s pretty pricey . We had a room overlooking Fenway which was ok, we were on the 3rd floor so really just saw the graffiti wall and the sign. Higher would have been better but that may have just been the room that I reserved . Checked in with my dog - it’s a dog friendly hotel. They advertise they give you a dog bowl and treat and toy- got none of that. Lady who checked us in was less than pleasant. Honestly, I don’t have anything specific to complain about I just expected more for the price ($859/night) and its reputation. Next visit we’ll go back to the Fairmont.
