Bed was comfortable, bathroom lighting inadequate, physical maintenance issues (anchors left in walls where things had previously hung, shower was difficult to turn on.) The hotel is quiet despite being next to Logan Airport. The staff was friendly, but did not respond to our request to replenish coffee in room & the shuttle service was not reliable. Restaurant was good and service was excellent. Our stay was five nights and overall we expected nicer accommodations for the price.

The hotel is in such great area- on the bay and next to the airport. I mainly stayed here to watch planes-which I could see the runway right from my window. The room was very nice and clean. The food from the restaurant was delicious. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Chad the valet was very nice and helpful without even being asked . I was disappointed that I had to call down for a pillow and blanket and that the ice maker on my floor was broken. When I called and informed the desk, I would think they could have offered to bring me ice. After all, we paid over$450 for the room with a roof top view of the a/c unit!!!!

Great hotel

Friendly check-in staff Very friendly servers at a restaurant with the view of the harbor. Bar staff was fun. Room was spotless. Hotel decor, tasteful, and appropriate. Shuttle driver was courteous, helpful and always on time.
