Hotel is very convenient to public transportation. Cleaning staff did a good job with making up the room each day. Carpet needs to be replaced in room 843. Sometimes I feel like we get the rooms closest to the ice machine or where the cleaning crew keeps their supplies because we book through expedia. Can be pretty noisy. No VIP upgrades received at this hotel.

Location is good. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially the staff who attended us on the night of 18 May 25. Sorry , didn’t get his name. Snack bar is great. Cafe opposite provides good source of food at 5am

The Colonnade is a GEM. Have stayed there multiple times over the past year or so and it never disappoints. Friendly staff. Quality rooms. Boutique feel. Central to everything, shopping, Fenway, etc. Love it.
