Lobby shop has limited stock and hours. Gym sanitizers empty. Tv offers no premium stations. Bar manager was settling cash draw issue with bartender in front of customers. Every one felt uncomfortable, not to mention there was no service. Rooms are old and tired.

Pleasantly surprised

The rooms were spotless, bedding very comfortable and size of room was excellent. Location of hotel is great with lots of local shopping, restaurants and train station right out front. I would definitely recommend and would stay her again

A very nice hotel with a nice restaurant. It was just steps from the subway. The hotel is across the street from the Prudential Mall. The room was spacious.

Hotel facilities were excellent, complementary coffee, water, soft drinks and snacks. Food in Lucie restaurant and bar is fantastic. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, but a little outdated. We had one issue with an extremely rude server, but management (Marcus) quickly resolved the issue. I would definitely stay again.

Staff at the property are truly outstanding! Norman gave me turn-by-turn instructions on navigating the subway system, while also sharing much of his knowledge of Back Bay. Very clean hotel that is centrally located and within walkable distance to many, many attractions. Overall fantastic stay!

Best location for subway access. Right by the hotel. Also, there is a star market grocery very close, the shopping and resturants near hotel are great as well. The jotel does have some wear and tear in the room. Overall cleanliness is great and they clean room great just walls of have some staining and what not. Ddint bother me though. Beds were super comfy.
