Unfortunately we were on the 7th floor and unbeknown to us there was a gym right above us. We were try to sleep and all we could hear were loud bangs from weights hitting the top of our room. We called down to complain and they said they would send someone up to ask them to not drop the weights and it never ended. We called again and still the problem was not fixed. We could not sleep because of this. I talked with the front desk in the morning and they said they would issue us a refund and now after 72hrs they are refusing the refund is. Such a disappointment will not be staying here again.
