We chose this property for our anniversary because of its reputation for comfort and quality, and while the hotel itself was beautiful, our experience unfortunately fell far short of expectations. That evening, our shower would not turn off, and we spent nearly two hours waiting in our room while maintenance tried to fix it. Around 1 a.m., we were finally moved to a new room. However, the clock alarms in the new room had been set by previous guests and went off at 2 a.m. and again at 6 a.m. We had to be up at 7 a.m. for our flight, so we got almost no rest. I spoke with a manager before checking out, who kindly removed the service fees and valet charges. While I appreciate that gesture, given the significant disruption to what was meant to be a special, romantic night, I feel a stronger resolution would be appropriate toward a future night so we can experience your property as it was meant to be enjoyed.

The only downside is you needed reservations for the pool. They gave us a corner room on the 22nd floor. The view was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were crazy expensive and very small. No closet, no separation between bathroom, no iron (there was a steamer). Super loud! You can hear neighbors tv and every single door opening and closing. We have stayed in many hotels in Boston and this room was the smallest by far. The hotel restaurant is very good
