The sofa bed was stained and service in the fed restaurant was slow but otherwise a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. They even offered us $100 credit as our room wasn’t ready at check in and came to make up our sofa bed as bedding was not provided in the room. The beds were amazingly comfy and the shower was wonderful. They also stored some parcels we had delivered for free. Exceptional service

Staff was very nice however, the conditioner bottle was empty while I was showering so I wasn’t able to fully use it then the bathroom door didn’t fully close. The light was very confusing how to use. Also, very upset on room service, took 30mins of no answer, then I had to call front desk to place an order then we got charged for fries we didn’t purchase and then o could believe two kids meal cost us $100!! I’m so upset at the cost we were charged.
