This hotel has an upbeat and unique personality. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and appreciated. The only drawback is that the immediate surrounding buildings are some what run down. But we did not feel unsafe. Overall, it was good.

Nice to have a light breakfast although it’s not as healthy or diverse as many other hotels. Friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms. Only problem was the loud noise from music events every day.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Parking lot and Behind the building doesn’t feel safe. They made a $40 facility fee by day (included taxes) that they didn’t mention on the website.

We really enjoyed our stay for Boston Calling. Easily walkable to the Harvard athletic fields. Some good places to eat. The room was comfortable, cute, and felt safe. The bathroom was nice, as was the toiletries. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was the usual continental American breakfast, mostly simple carbs, not our taste, and nothing special. We didn’t stay for the free breakfast anyways.

There is a 'facility fee' that was not disclosed on Hotels.com Air conditioner quite loud, paper thin walls, and if you happen to stay on the side of the building facing the patio be prepared for very loud music afternoon and evening. An expensive and not great place .

This was a good hotel. Not exceptional. The MGMT thinks graphics and games make for a boutique hotel. Nope. Right on a busy road. Kinda silly. Nice pillows, Sound machine and strong coffee. I stayed two nights .Meh.

From the moment I walked into the lobby, the customer service was disappointing. The concierge lacked basic knowledge and was unable to assist with any of my questions. The hotel’s location is not as appealing as advertised, and it offers no real amenities to justify the resort fees. The overall experience felt more like staying at a motel than a hotel. For the amount I paid, I could have stayed at a Hilton or a higher-end property. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.

Not in the best spot as you need to ride bus to get to a subway station. Hotel is very old, but renovated. Breakfast could use a lot of improvement as the eggs are cold, have a weird aftertaste. The tater tots were ok, but those are the only two options, so it could use with some more variety. Improvements to be made: Better breakfast with more options to hot food, shuttle to subway station (much needed), a coffee maker in the room would be nice, so will a fridge as we only had a freezer. The microwave in the lobby needs to be replaced as it barely works. Overall the service was really good with free bag storage, it’s just the amenities that should be worked on.
