Would not stay there again. The hotel is ok at best but very old and a run down in the rooms, the pictures online are definitely not a good representation of what you will be staying in. It would be what I would expect to stay in for $75-100 per night. So do yourself a favor and book one of the hotels nearby.

The hotel is in a great location and is very nice looking, however, they were out of regular coffee pods for the room and only had decaf! That's a deal breaker for us! Also, the hallways and lobby were very cold, the water in the shower also did not get very hot. The restaurant/bar attached, but run separately had a decent breakfast and drinks, but beware the automatic 20% gratuity!

- [ ] tv didn’t work the man who came was so great he said this happens all the time because the maids move all the furniture around and knock things loose (conforming the crooked furniture) then the next day the tv wasn’t working again we made do because it was just more of an inconvenience at this point with all the other things - [ ] furniture was all just slighting crooked i know that’s not a big thing but like it was all at least 2 inches off just kinda annoying bc i had to push it closer to the wall or shift it - [ ] bathroom dirty just obviously things needed to be wiped down. There was like old toothpaste residue , and like soap residue on the back of the door. spider and web all on the bathroom door as well - [ ] weird treatment when we first came and ask for our amenities we asked for the robes that already are included and the woman was very rude about “it’s gunna be another charge” when i asked the price just to make sure and to double check that i hadn’t already payed witch i did she had to pick up a phone call but it seems as she just thinks we couldn’t afford it or didn’t like that we are a gay couple she then said i could go up to my room and it would be brought up none of my questions being asked. - [ ] the fridge thing they brought up a new one put it kinda near a wall then we had to shift it to the wall to hide the wire from our baby this also didn’t have the medal rod to hold things on the door so ever time we opened it things fell out it was just inconv

The best thing is the central location. The room was clean and comfortable, needs updating. Staff were nice and helpful. Asking for fridge was $20. Should be standard.

When we arrived we initially got a room on floor 2. We could hear conversations on the street. We called the front desk and they accommodated us right away. They were very kind and understanding. I love that you don’t have to check out until noon as well. Their customer service was amazing.
