Great location in old town. Easy walking to pubs, restaurants and shopping. Disappointments: Unlike other 4 star hotels the front desk personnel were efficient but really had no interest in you, they were there to punch the right buttons,say the right things and next... Breakfast was the same, no enthusiasm or cheerfulness, they were there just to get through the day. The room was relatively clean but the room and hallways need a good vacuuming. Bottom line, yes we would stay there again but my expectations would be lowered.

Check-in was basically a person handing us a room key card. Any info we received was because we asked. I overheard the very attentive man at the next station check someone else in and he gave much more info, and was so much friendlier. Many questions I asked were based on what I overheard. Room was outdated. Room service does not exist - there is an adjoining restaurant but you have to pay cash or card because they are not connected to the hotel and the food was not good, but expensive. Overall disappointed with the hotel.

Our second time staying here. Both times I'd give 4 stars overall. However, this time we used valet parking. My daughter was returning to college after our weekend trip so she had everything in the car. We left her clothes and completely forgot she had wrapped gifts in the back for someone in the backseat. When our car was returned to us upon check out, there was an item on my front seat that's normally in my center console and later we realized two of her gifts were not in the bag. I take responsibility for leaving them in there - but we will never use their valet again, which will likely deter us from staying all together.

Would not stay there again. The hotel is ok at best but very old and a run down in the rooms, the pictures online are definitely not a good representation of what you will be staying in. It would be what I would expect to stay in for $75-100 per night. So do yourself a favor and book one of the hotels nearby.
