Under construction pool closed due to construction when u walk it it first looks like they are closed and under construction. They don’t honor room requests I asked for room on high floor with view got neither and friend asked for nothing and got both checked in exact same time

The toilet had urine in it upon arrival and items in the bathroom trash. Sheets smelt meh. Valet parking wasn’t available. Showed up and was told they had no record of our reservation. After waiting ~15 minutes they refreshed the computer and had the reservations (which were made at least 3 weeks prior). Location was undergoing renovations- no pool access.

One night stay before a cruise so ok. Easy Uber ride down to good pier area restaurants but early stages of development so not much to do or see. Hotel just ok, set up for business lodging. Our studio on second floor had a view of huge AC units. The desk said, "Really none of our rooms have good views."
