All the staff were fantastic & incredibly friendly/helpful. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel (refillable water bottles, complementary tea & coffee in the lobby). We’ve stayed in many Boston hotels, and this place is now one of my favorites.

Great location and best service. We had winter storms when we checked in. The hotel let us early check in . The shower water pressure is great for a comfortable shower. I love it.

Power outlets on desk didn't work, even after maintenance call. Daytime staff was wonderful, night clerk was useless. Coffee in lounge was "mehhh" at best- I think machine needs to be cleaned. Please provide more than 3 Nespresso pods. Kind of pricey for what you get, but proximity to the Elephant abd Castle Pub is a plus.
