Room was small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand was not kept up as far as maintenance. The door squeaked so that we wake up if either used it. It was out of line and hinges needed serious lubricant. When you took a shower the water would run all over the floor in the bathroom. I complained to the front desk and they said maintenance will take a look at it and that’s the way all bathrooms are in the hotel. Lucky for me it was just my girlfriend and I so we didn’t use the door if we used the bathroom at night

Just an okay hotel.

Clean room. I was double charged for my stay though and this was during an engagement trip. It really screwed with my trip and was the only thing that went wrong on the trip. I would not recommend this hotel if i am being honest. You can get more amenities and a more modern stay at most other hotels in boston. This hotel in my opinion should be three stars, not four. Bed was uncomfortable. All in all, ide give the hotel three stars.

Nice location, needs update.

The mattress was uncomfortable, and the desk was unusable. The mounting had separated from the wall, and the surface was slanting. The shower seal was broken, and water got all over the floor.

If you're just looking for a place to sleep, this hotel does the job. Nothing fancy, but the beds are clean and comfortable. It's also conveniently located within walking distance of many tourist attractions. The hotel provides complimentary coffee and refillable water bottles, which was a nice touch. That said, the rooms could use a bit of TLC—there were some carpet stains, the upholstery on the chair/sofa bed looked a little worn, and there was a bit of dust around nightstand. Overall, it served its purpose. .

Room given away even when prepaid.

We prepaid for 3 nights. I messaged with the hotel at 6pm and let them know our flight was delayed and we would not be in until 2AM. At 2:25 AM we arrived and found that the had given away the our room. The gentleman was nice but certainly put in an awkward situation. Why do I prepay if you are not happy sling the room?
