Room was small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand was not kept up as far as maintenance. The door squeaked so that we wake up if either used it. It was out of line and hinges needed serious lubricant. When you took a shower the water would run all over the floor in the bathroom. I complained to the front desk and they said maintenance will take a look at it and that’s the way all bathrooms are in the hotel. Lucky for me it was just my girlfriend and I so we didn’t use the door if we used the bathroom at night

It was a nice little hotel that was out-of-the-way in terms of the hustle and bustle downtown Boston, but still within walking distance to go eat somewhere nice and do some sightseeing. I was there for business, but I would definitely go back there for pleasure as well.

Great location and price! The only complaint I had was we were in room 201, and since the elevator was right there and the employees used it often, it was very noisy.

Booked two rooms and took 2 hours to have them ready even though we arrived after check-in time at 3pm. They didn’t want to do anything to make up for this until my husband asked. Also one of the rooms was not the one we booked and was obviously a cheaper room…it was also outdated and worn. Property is not that close to Faneuil hall as it claims to be.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. They were efficient, extremely friendly, clean and fun environment. The location is excellent and the Irish pub in the adjacent location to the lobby was super convenient. This is what Boston is all about!

Convenient location, good value, efficient

Had to book last minute and room was good-sized, staff was nice (although didn't enjoy kiosk check-in), and location is very good: close to Boston Common, T stations, waterfront, and lots of small cafes and eateries.
