The rooms are not standard size. the first room that I got was smaller than a standard queen size room, the bathtub was marks and spots, the showergel holder was broken. It was disappointing since the hotel is 4 star. The front desk was good and they moved me to a slightly better room later. The cafe is good. I will give 5 stars to the people at the reception but 3 stars to the rooms. The cost of room does not match the amenities and the size of the rooms.

We arrived at 12:30 and waited until after 6pm for our rooms to be cleaned and ready. It made us late for our 7pm dinner reservations. We had to go to the front desk 4 times to get the room cleaned. Housekeeping manager said her never knew about it. Front desk said they spoke to and messaged housekeeping numerous times. ? Major break down somewhere. No excuse to make us wait almost 4 hours and then still not be ready.

The room was old and we picked the bigger room 380 sqt. BUT the bathrooms was so small it’s ridiculous. No shelf to put your stuff on, the shower is so tiny you can barely move and they used a shower curtain! What century are you living in? The toilet is so small and in a tight space is almost unbeleivable, everythime you sit you knock down the TP. Shame on you Hilton!
