Very bad stay! Girl at check in never mentioned VIP benefits. Triple room was a queen & a bunk bed, would never have stayed here had i known about bunk bed, as photo on site was midleading not showing that. Room was tiny, weird lighting & hotel had a party vibe! BAD experience & ive traveled alot!!

Hotel was nice. The room was small with curtain to seperate bathroom. Toilet was in its own glass in stall next to a glassed in shower. No very private. But very clean and bed was comfortableand the head board could be raised electronically so you could watch tv reclined

Full Size Mattress in a Queen Room

Overall the stay was good - location, staff, aesthetic, etc. The issue for us, however, was our mattress was a Full size and not a Queen. When asked about it they mentioned they only have Queens “beds”. We measured the mattress numerous times and it fit the dimensions of a Full and once stripped down we found a Queen mattress protector that swallowed the mattress, thus indicating it was too big. Given we were only there for a couple of days and didn’t want spend copious amounts of time at the front desk, we just went with it after raising it their attention. Given the custom fit furniture, I’m unsure if the queen frame is what is bring marketed but filled with a smaller mattress or if this was just a one off. Regardless, Yotel should review this deeper and is something to consider when staying here. It was unfortunate to say the least but I wasn’t going to let it impact my trip more than being a bit unrested before exploring the city for the first time.

We were very fortunate flying in at 6:30am that they had a room ready at 7am. They also waived the early check in fee. Very nice staff and clean rooms. Only issue is the rooms can be quite small and the toilet and shower have class doors and walls. There’s stickers to give the illusion of privacy, but in such small quarters I wish there was a full on bathroom door. Otherwise, this place is located so centrally I would stay there again!

The staff is by far the highlight of this hotel. The rooms are small But, very well appointed. The location is phenomenal. It is right next to an underground station that takes you to and from the airport for $2.40. we recommend this hotel. We would have loved it a lot more if the rooftop “Terrace” was actually a terrace that you could go up to and enjoy but it is actually a bar/restaurant that doesn’t open until 5pm and gets very crowded. Needless to say, you cannot use the rooftop terrace unless you want to eat or drink. That was pretty disappointing for us.
