The focus on modern design, minimalism and eco friendly operations is different from traditional city hotels, but it very much worked for me. Well done - 👍

When they say the rooms are small you had better believe it. It was not designed for 2 people or for more than a one or two day stay. TV signal was so poor that most stations were unwatchable. There was virtually no snack or soda options. While there were several coffee shops nearby, real restaurants (besides the hotel restaurant) were a bit of a hike. There was no coffee maker, refrigerator or any convenience items in the room.

The hotel is just OK. The beds are very uncomfortable. They have these futuristic beds that elevate the head of the bed like a Tempur-pedic but the springs on the mattress are terribly uncomfortable. Overall, it was average. Valet is expensive at $80 a night. Not the prettiest part of town. This was an area of warehouses that is trying to be trending now. Overall, just OK.

Yotel is a modern facility in a great location however, the lack of amenities and room comfort are a huge downside. The bed was so uncomfortable we searched to find a new hotel after the first night.

Great place to stay. Do not stay if you need space—these rooms are tiny. However, it's great for a couple's getaway if you are okay with limited privacy, particularly in the bathroom. Perfect location. You can walk to everything. Literally everything. Very Clean property.
