"Great location near public transit. Clean room and super comfy beds! The staff was generally pretty nice but had some issues with our keys not working randomly, them not having spare utensils at breakfast, etc. Not a deal breaker at all but more just frustrating. A great option if you’re out and about all day and just needing somewhere clean and comfy to sleep! "

"We had a comfortable, safe stay. All staff were friendly, professional and helpful. There was a very minor issue with the ac/heater. Carlos, from maintenance, took care of it quickly and efficiently. We have already booked another stay, for a Red Sox game this summer. "

"The hotel is beautiful, the room was lovely and spacious. The bathroom was spotless. No complaints except for the thermostat which didn't seem to work correctly. Our room always felt too hot. Even after maintenance tried to fix it, it didn't work as well as we'd hoped. My biggest complaint wasn't with the accommodations - it was the fact that this hotel doesn't have a direct shuttle to and from the airport. Getting to the city's airport shuttle was a bit inconvenient for us. Otherwise, it was a great stay."
