This is a beautifully updated hotel. The room was spotless. But what stood out to me was the staff. We were treated like royalty during our stay. It is in a great location if you like shopping-steps from Newbury St. I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

It is an older building, and lacks some options (e.g. no workout facility); however, our suite was large and nice. The staff were plentiful, well trained, friendly and helpful.

The hotel and service was great. The location is also good for getting to the back bay shops and restaraunts. The continental breakfast could have been better presented and prepared.

King suite with pull out couch beautiful and very comfortable room for the 3 of us. Location is near a train station which makes it convenient to navigate the city. Staff were all very professional and helpful. We especially loved the doormen! They were super kind and courteous providing a timeless service!
