Staff was excellent, very kind and helpful, helped supply us with spare pillows and towels as needed. Walking distance to Assembly Row, siper neat area with shopping. Room was clean, but could use a little attention (desk legs were loose, recliner was hard to close back up, power plugs needed replacing, very loose). Bathroom was clean but tub has been "touched up" so it looks a little janky, did the job though (towel fixtures also popping out of the wall panels, need some anchors and the clean be good to go). Overall would recommend!

This property is old and outdated. Room was small. Bedsheets had stains. You need to let them know about the room service in advance. Location is close to shopping and some good restaurants. Assembly station on orange line is within walking distance. Breakfast was ok.

I don’t ever write reviews, but I felt it necessary after our experience. You never know what to believe when you read reviews. This property was NOT a 10/10 or even 6/10 and my husband and I are definitely not hotel snobs, but we do have an expectation for cleanliness and a well kept property. We don’t even mind a dated property if it’s well kept and clean. This hotel was filthy and in very poor condition. When we checked in people were in the lobby and parking lot who did look like hotel guests. You could feel the bed springs. It was old and not well taken care of. We left and found new lodging for the night. Out $230! Also, did not feel safe.
