It was so clean, had so many options for food and drinks and all of the staff were so helpful and kind! I was hoping to hop on the water taxi and go into the city but after waiting a half hour and then attempted again later on, it didn't work out. One complaint would be to have a bigger taxi to fit more people or possibly have reservations for it so you know when you'll be guaranteed a ride over.

Upon arriving I had booked and paid for 2 rooms - Leonardo checked me in while our son checked into his room w the guest service provider next to me. I booked and paid for his room and he was upgraded and I was told I wasn’t eligible for an upgrade. When we arrived to the room there was a ball of hair in the toilet. So disappointed.

The signage in elevators was confusing. I had a hard time finding hotel reception from self parking garage and difficulty getting back to my car from the hotel. The parking designations were confusing.
