I had an amazing stay at Encore Boston, and several things truly stood out. First, the cleanliness of the room was next-level; spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. You can tell the housekeeping team takes real pride in their work. The staff were equally impressive. Every interaction felt warm, professional, and genuine. From check-in to check-out, everyone made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The amenities are where Encore really separates itself; the entire property feels luxurious, from the casino floor to the restaurants, shops, and common areas. Everything is thoughtfully maintained, well-organized, and designed to elevate your experience. Everything was great. But I think you guys should think about having a Starbucks in there. It would be so much better and also with some of the freestanding restaurants you should have something a little less fancy besides Shake shack, maybe have a good old-fashioned comfort food meaning Chinese food.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. I couldn't get a room upgrade but I did get a 2 hour late check out. You ca't beat free parking and free valet especially in Boston where other hotels charge around $60 for valet. Can't wait to go back.
