The beds were uncomfortable. $28 for parking

Hi Juliana,We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. The beds here are quite firm but we have another hotel down the street called Hotel 1868 that has much softer mattresses. Between both hotels, we try to please everyone since everybody has a different preference. Unfortunately the use of valet parking and it's price is mandated by the city of Cambridge. It is a flat 28 per night with in and out privilege's, there is a valet on-site 24/7. We hope you consider trying out Hotel 1868 the next time you are in the area!

Property was very nice. Only downside was I called and ask if there was a refrigerator in the room and they said yes but our room did not have one. Very convenient to the T and plenty of restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again

For the rooms that don't have a fridge, they are always available upon request. I'm sorry this wasn't explained more clearly when you called. Loved the location and front staff so helpful. Would be nice if somehow, water from shower head stayed inside the shower a bit more. And a fan in the bathroom would be nice.

Very convenient to Panera and red line. Took a long time for shower to get hot. Bed was more like dorm mattress.

Hotel management should check room conditions for minor but needed repairs. The valet parking guys were very attentive. The hotel was not busy at all so little staff interaction.
