It was a nice hotel, nice and clean. The only issue we had was the wind sound through the window. It sounded like a hurricane the whole time. The window seal needs fixing. Other than that it was a real nice hotel stay.

We travelled to run the Boston Marathon and made the booking based on having stayed with IHG in other countries and the breakfast. Prior to flying out, I queried availability of breakfast for the early start on race day. We were told it would be available and being eager to plan ahead, when we checked in I queried this in person and was told by various staff that it would be available for us on race day. However, coming down on the morning, the duty staff had no idea about it and worse still, were completely indifferent to why the lack of breakfast on that morning / the information we’d been given previously would now be an issue for us. We did speak to other staff the next day, who were apologetic. However, this left a real mark on what otherwise was a great Boston experience. It added a level of anxiety on the morning that we could have done without.
