My say wasn't good first i should blame hotel.com to for this they gave me a room with a handicapped bathroom went to the front desk to see if i could switch rooms and the guy at the front desk told me there was no manger on duty to make that call i never heard that before. Then the bathroom had no wash clothes called the front desk he said he couldn't do anything about it. What hotels talk like that

The facilities were clean, but a little outdated. We had a good stay. We had a fire alarm while we were there. A little communication would have been appreciated on what needed to be done.

The resturant next door is amazing! Staff was super kinda and helpful. The outside is pretty run down, but inside is nice. The only real issue i had was b3ing able to hear the rooms on either side of me. Snoring kept me up, and could hear the bathroom

This was an outstanding place to stay at a convenient price for my family of 5 and me for The Boston Marathon weekend. Kids get to swim, yummy breakfast buffet, amazing restaurant/tavern basically connected to location. Very friendly and helpful staff and extremely clean. Convenient, quick and easy to get to the start line. Anything else your going downtown for? Easiest and cheapest option is simply prepay for a parking spot with the “Spot Hero” app or online. (Very affordable compared to not reserving a spot).Had an outstanding overall stay plus I’m now a 3:00:58 Boston finisher! The wife and I will be coming back and staying here next year for me to go sub-3 hour! Great stay! Thanks to the staff for helping to make it more enjoyable and easy!

Great place to stay for Boston trip!

Soooo good!!! First of all great location, you can drive to Tufts University and park in their visitors garage and hop on the subway easy!!! The hotel has a water filtration machine next to coffee machine in breakfast area so fill your bottles there and no need for buying water!!! Also they have a microwave down there (none in room but that's ok) for those of us with food allergies that you may need to bring some of your own food, like for example. I appreciate that since food allergies hold me back in many situations! Cozy comfy bads. The toilet flushing is frightening, sounds like an all out evacuation nevertheless if thats the only thing to mention, doing good! Sam Walkers restaurant adjacent to hotel is FABULOUS!!!! Bit pricey for American fare food but the quality of food and menu selections worth it!
