Check in was great! Breakfast the following morning was not. I reserved 4 rooms for business. We were repeatedly asked our room numbers then only the buffet was offered. The staff came over several times regarding our room numbers again. We felt very unwelcome. Also, we were charged $28 a plate for the buffet which was very excessive for what was offered. Very disappointed.

The heat did not work. After calling twice, the front desk for someone to check it to no avail, I asked that my room be changed. Inconveniently, I packed up my suitcase and moved to another room. When I tried calling the front desk, the phone wasn’t working properly. Then, when I showered, the shower doors slid open and would not stay closed! Thoroughly check rooms before you unpack!
