1. The toilet seat was so loose that it would have been impossible for the housekeeper not to notice it; 2. The toilet did not fully flow out and surely did block up requiring maintenance to come and fix it; 3. The TV stopped showing all but the hotel chain ads, requiring maintenance to fix it; 4. The rules prevented my room from being made up any more frequently than every other day, whereas in the past it would be made up daily if I requested it - a marked change; The lighting in the room was insufficient at night in the bed area.

I've stayed here many times and generally have a positive view of the place. My reason to leave this review is that the hotel wants to position itself as eco-friendly/conscious however some of the selling points are not adhered to; the room had plastic water bottle, plastic stirrers, and the AC was running at 65° when I came in. Additionally, this was my third stay during which the TV streaming services in room were not functioning.

Had a nice one night stay. Very clean and nice staff, comfortable room and bed. If I had to pick one thing it was the booming techno music in the lobby in the morning. That’s fine for happy hour but it was not great with coffee😀

The Pool was closed - I only booked here to take the kids to the pool - I should have been notified prior to my trip it was closed. Also, the pool next door was closed due to some mystery they never explained. Also, don't pre buy the breakfast. $18 bucks however if you go over you pay the balance - the next day we came in under $18 and no refund.
