I called about a noise complaint at 11pm. The room above was playing loud music, they were stomping on the floor, and you could hear them singing loudly. I couldn't sleep. Nothing was done and I called a second time to the front desk around 1 in the morning about the same noise complaint. It was ridiculous. I deserve a refund for this stay. This was unfair to me.
