This was super chill and the breakfast was great. The staff was super helpful and extremely accommodating. The pool was amazing and the rabbits outside were so beautiful. Loved that the hotel sat on top of a hill and could oversee the town and wildlife. Very natural and friendly environment.

Descent Hotel. Lame Parking Charge. Poor service

The hotel itself was fine and as expected. I was very disappointed to be charged an additional $17/day to park my car in a garage. I booked and paid for my stay through hotel but was also charged for full night's stay on my credit card, promised to be used for incidentals only. Mistakes happen, but trying working with customer service to rectify the problem was a nightmare. I'm constantly put on hold forever, people don't follow up as promised, and when I'm not talking to a robot, individual representatives forward me to other service reps. Spent a lot of time on the phone, trying to get Sheraton customer service to fix their mistake.

The hotel was excellent. Overall, very pleased. Staff was SUPER courteous and helpful. Only complaint was that I was unable to reach the kitchen from my room so I went to the bar and ordered food to go and it took 45 minutes. The food was excellent when it arrived.

Boston Marathon stay.

2 nd stay at this hotel. Check in easy. Staff ( Kendra) at registration desk was professional and polite. Our stay was for the Boston Marathon and hotel was busy. Our desired king room was not ready at 5 pm but Kendra immediately offered us to wait in their VIP lounge which was stocked with light refreshments. Room was ready within 30.” Easy self parking and refrig in room appreciated. Room was spotless bed and pillows perfect and nice hot shower.
