Sadly, the pool was unavailable when we were there, which was a disappointment. Getting to the hotel from the highway was a bit dodgy too, but that is no fault of the hotel. I would stay there again. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was tasty.

Great property and staff, the only thing that might be a potential problem is if hearing a light music undertone at night bothers you. There was a party going on in there event hall one night but we all slept fine

The property entrance was difficult, if you drive too fast you will miss it. The front desk staff was nice. The room was comfortable. Only semi complaint was having to pay an extra $50 for incidentals which is refundable but not announced when booking. Parking option is pay daily for parking or park on the highway

What a friendly and welcoming group of front desk individuals that made up the TEAM at Springhill Suites in Peabody. Phyllis greeted us (instantly recalling that I had reached out days previous by phone to plan a surprise for my new husband, and she never let on the secret!) Mary greeted us in the morning as we made our way to our complimentary breakfast of freshly made waffles, homefries, eggs, and all the things that make a VACATION BREAKFAST perfect. Mary had gotten information from Phyllis before her, that we were celebrating our wedding and she congratulated us with enthusiasm and joy, with a twinkle in her eyes and a smile that lit up the whole lobby!! The overnight team member, Tom, brought us some luck when I asked him for his lucky number and we were all tickled to win on the roulette wheel with his number when my new hubby and I took the short ride down the road to the casino at Encore. The facility is clean and it SMELLS GOOD everywhere, I don't know how they manage that! Our room was comfortable and modern and we slept like babies. We're already looking forward to our next stay!!
