Room was extremely small , some areas of the bed side cover showed some wear. Mattress was extremely soft, pillows bulky ,had a hard time sleeping. Complained to the front desk manager about the mattress and pillows, no other options were available.

Good location. Noise level was quiet. Do not stay here if you don’t have time to wait for elevators multiple times a day for 20-30 minutes. It appeared that they only had 1-2 working for far too many guests. Rooms are old and worn down. Very tired for the high prices.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was too expensive. Housekeeping staff too loud in the hallways in the morning. The floor was being turned over for a conference . I have no idea why they gave us a room on that floor. It was disruptive and noisy .
