The location was ideal for me, the convenience of having Burger King, Popeyes, Chick-fil-A, Wing Stop and IHOP in walking distance. The room is a bit dated but clean.

Everything was great! Check in and check out was easy and smooth. Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. The only thing was the shower head. They definitely need replacing.

Airport shuttle was easy to find. Staff was friendly. Facilities were terrible. The shower head dripped water making showering impossible. The bedding was torn and carpet stained. Feels old and needs some serious updating.

Great hotel, a little dated but well kept and clean. Beds comfortable and A/C excellent. Decent breakfast and great free access to the LA fitness which is a 10-12 minute walk away. Great shuttle service to JFK too.

We love staying at Five Towns Inn when we have an overnight layover, which is several times a year. They have a free shuttle, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and there is a nearby Target and pharmacy if we have forgotten something we need for the trip. Plus the staff are very helpful.

Tub drain was broken. Room was in need of some upgrades. Bed and pillows were less than comfortable. TV was the size of toaster. Staff at the desk was rather aloof. Cleaning folks were nice and got tipped.
