I like the location right by the subway. I also like the Delis and a Dunkin Donuts close by. My room was clean. Had a decent sleep except for a guy yelling in the hallway at midnight. Aside from that it was comfortable and the staff was very courteous and helpful.

It was horrible, not as advertised or expected. Floors were oily and slippery, everything was dirty and smelled like mold. I wish I did not stay here, my wife cried from the filth.

This hotel has a strong smell of Marijuana use inside the facility, the front desk clerk was very unfriendly at check-in and drugs a are sold right in front of the hotel. If your employer drug test-do not stay here because you'll fail any drug test. Werek

Everyone assumes the hotel is close to JFK Airport, but it was completely wrong. While the straight-line distance is short, there’s no direct or convenient route. An Uber ride costs $60–$70 one way.

This place is in an area where i wouldn't walk around outside alone at night. I booked it due to a layover at JFK and it shows as just over 3 miles away from the airport, but took 25min in a cab to get there and cost $45 each way, so add that to the cost of the hotel and i could have stayed somewhere nicer with a free airport shuttle. The hotel is old, overwhelming smell of pot in the elevator and hallways, no coffeemaker, extremely basic, bedspread was torn. The one plus is the woman who was working at the reception desk was helpful and an absolute joy.
